STRESS REDUCTION – Vinyasa Yoga Class


Description: A yoga class designed specifically to help people relieve stress from their life that may be accumulated through stressful jobs. This class will focus on the main places in our body that we hold onto stress for example: neck/shoulders, lower back and hips. We will facilitate certain postures to help relieve some stored stress in our bodies and then use pranayama techniques to regain control over our breath. To complete the class we will use an ancient meditative posture to bring complete tranquility to your mind and body.

RESTORATIVE YOGA – Recommended for Active Lifestyle


Description: A yoga class designed for the sport loving, active person who needs to bring some attention to certain aches and pains from living such an active lifestyle. In this yoga class we will focus on nurturing common aches and pains from living active lifestyles such as joint pain or tight muscles. We will do this by holding a set of seated postures for a longer period of time to really dive deep into a restorative journey. We will use props to aid in holding the postures for a longer period so that no effort is needed. This class will also begin with a guided meditation and pranayama techniques to help bring awareness to your current state.
