Decrease the cooking time of your meals. The more you cook your food, the less oxygen, fibers, nutrients and fluids you will ingest thus lowering the quality of your food. It’s basically like this, if you cook your food too much you will be eating more dead food than live food. Don’t eat dead foods. Steam, stir fry (with water), light grill.

STEP 3. REMOVE THE POISON FROM YOUR MENU

Yes, a lot of the food sold in the food stores have add-ons that can be labelled as poison. Forgot about the complicated names, you might as well get a PHd or become a Chemist to understand this or make it simple… if it doesn’t come from a plant, ground or water, it’s NOT for you!

Eating processed food doesn’t substitute the natural needs of your body. Sure these foods can keep you alive… more like alive and forever ill. No matter how we “sugar” coat this, the truth is what it is, no one in this planet can live a life without sickness if all they consume is unnatural. Your vital organs might get all the goodness of these foods, which are not many, and by the time the body is ready to move on and “feed” your secondary body part, there won’t be much left… Thus growing weaker and weaker… And BAM! Tinnitus on the way.

STEP 4. CHILLING OUT

Another important thing is, your emotions… Truth is that your emotions play an immense role when it comes to your sensory organs, specially when you are developing something like Tinnitus. This is a true symptom of exhaustion your body is letting out. As well as a sign of extreme overwork. Technically they are both the same or at least walk hand in hand with eachother. If you are exhausted, your body will overwork to compensate during required tasks. If you are overworking too much, you will exhaust yourself…

Take a moment. Relax… Yes I know, it can be hard and sometimes impossible. Your routine is too busy, fast pace, and you have to make sure your schedule runs “smoothly”. But make no mistake that YOU are your main priority. If there is no you, there is no one else to replace you. There are at least 5 minutes in your day that you can take for yourself, and plus, don’t forget that you are the one that controls and manages your schedule, sure you can find a spot for yourself there to just relax your mind off… if not, just make it happen, and period!
