What is Preventive Care anyways?

Preventive Care, or PC, is a simple medicinal approach with the goal of keeping your body strong and immune to common disorders, viruses, bacterias and any other pathogens that can be the beginning of degenerative health condition, as well as giving your body the tools to becoming autonomous to resolving any chronic or present illness. Knowing your body, understanding what it’s feeling and respecting it’s limits is the key to a long and balanced life.

And this is true to any health condition. Something doesn’t just develop from night to day. Nope. Everything takes time, specially illnesses and deforming conditions. Some may develop faster than others like a fever or a flu. And others may take years to manifest a  single symptom.

To engage in a confident state of balance and health, or even to achieve any healing stages, the body must first be prepared, have what it needs to defend itself and be at it’s strongest to fight whatever situation its facing. Even if there are very effective Medical and Pharmaceutical solutions to “most” of our health problems out there, these will never treat the cause of what started the current problem in the first place. If whatever started to deplete our body and mind is not fixed, changed, or even identify, chances are that it will come back, maybe the same way as it previously manifested, or stronger, or even develop (mutate) to other more severe health problems.

So what to do if you are facing sickness waves that come and go all year long, or what to do if you have been diagnosed with a “specific” disorder, or what can you do for yourself if you are already undergoing medical procedures?

Give your body a break, and start again, from the beginning!

As well as in my other book, “Preventive Care (PC) Medicine – Your Life Under Control” you can find all details and information on how to teach yourself to be your own doctor. Understanding symptoms, being able to identify where they come from, how to deal and treat symptoms, as well as giving your body the restart it needs to properly function again. And this should be information available to everyone out there, taught to us when we start understanding the sense of having responsibilities, passed on from parents to children in all present and future generations. Instead, we have a very effective media system which tells us, on daily basis, the new hamburger at that fast food chain, or that new bottle drink from blah brand, that new diet trend of new brand of bio food, a bunch of blah blah, give us your money mumble jumble…

TIP ALERT FOR A BALANCED PROLONGED HEALTH STATE

Be patient, it takes time for your body to engage into a healing path of it’s own (chemical free), specially if it has been submerged into an unnatural lifestyle (food, drinks, hobbies and daily routine/habits). Make conscious changes and stick to them, don’t ever have the expectancy that after a couple of days or weeks you will be brand new again. A trimester (3 months) should be a good period to give to your body on it’s new healthy routine before deciding/feeling if it’s the right path for you or not. Allow your body to fully process out most of the accumulated crap that is causing it to be/remain sick. After that first trimester, changes will be more constant and delightful, and before you know it, you are a whole new you with full awareness of what your body and mind needs.

Keep in mind, it is very easy for us to go back to our bad habits, specially when the problem is “solved” and we have recovered, bad habits are easy to come back whether than permantely changing them for better ones. Be persistent and stick to whatever you decide to do that is best for you.
